We are thrilled to announce that Eric Fleischer Catering is one of the caterers that we help with customer relations, logistics and event design through our subsidiary Crafted in DC! We are his in-house events team for small to large events for all sizes and styles and we provide all of his floral designs. With a background in Michelin-rated restaurants all over Europe and having been the past Executive Chef at Blue Duck Tavern, his style and cuisine is completely different from all other caterers in town. Completely boutique and they will only have up to 2 events a day in order to have that control over quality.
