Now that you are engaged and want to get married in the DC area – here is our favorite list of the perfect spots to get married in Washington DC!

Above is the Decatur House – simple perfection for DC couples.  Right on Lafayette Square…next to the White House…gorgeous carriage house with a Museum!  How can you go wrong?

Ronald Reagan Building Pavilion - Wedding reception

Ronald Reagan Building!  This venue has everything you need for a gorgeous DC wedding!  Right off the metro and home to amazing spaces inside.  You can go for the fantastic Pavilion shown above for weddings around 200 guests.  Or if you want a more intimate wedding go for the Rotunda!  Having a grand wedding with tons of guests?  They can do that too in the Atrium!  They also have in-house caterer and their chef is amazing!  He can design a menu from Indian Cuisine to backyard BBQ style!

Dumbarton House Venue

The Dumbarton House is in the center of Georgetown…the only remaining real venue that is not a hotel there now (used to have Evermay and Halcyon House).  This gorgeous mansion and museum boasts a gorgeous backyard for cocktails and an outdoor patio that can be covered with a tent.  Perfect for 150 guests with dancing!

National Museum of Women in the Arts

The National Museum of Women in the Arts is an absolute gem in the center of the city!  Gorgeous mezzanine level overlook marble floors.  Let your guests chat over cocktails next to artwork by Frida!  Simply no place like it!

Corcoran Gallery of Art

The Corcoran Gallery of Art offers a gorgeous space right near the National Mall and surrounded by artwork as well!  Lots of columns and grandeur!

LongView Gallery wedding venue

Wanting a more loft looking New York Style space?  Longview Gallery is what you want…exposed brick and ceiling and an outdoor space for your ceremony in the middle of the city!  Perfection!
