Wedding Coordination Package

Wedding Coordination is our basic package that has pricing to fit almost any bride’s budget. Wedding Coordination may seem like an additional luxury expense, but it will be the best investment you will make! We will be the only vendor onsite that will make sure that all of your vendors are following through on their contracts! No caterers or venue managers will take care of that for you! We will make sure we know your limo driver’s cell phone to make sure they are on time with detailed instructions and directions all the way to making sure your cake stand that you borrowed is returned safely and clean back to the baker. This package includes:

• An itinerary and timeline assistance meeting
• Scheduled walk-throughs at your ceremony and reception sites
• Rehearsal management
• Coordination and detailed advice up to three months prior to your wedding weekend
• Vendor confirmations
• Complete day of coordinating (unlimited hours) with a head consultant and at least one assistant
