After being in the wedding + hospitality + philanthropic industries for over 30 years, Katie Martin’s mission is all about being Eco-Beautiful. What does that mean? It means we are a Woman + BIPOC-owned design house. Her partner and husband is Miguel Vasquez from the Dominican Republic and he specializes in reclaimed wood carpentry, architecture and design. Together with Katie’s son + staff, they design sustainable weddings through in-house design, production, planning, florals, LED lighting, local artisanship, composting, recycling, reducing waste, reusing where we can and giving back to the community. We are all-inclusive in that we design weddings for all Religions, Cultures, LGTBQIA + BIPOC couples and we partner with several non-profits to help them have sustainable events that help increase giving. After every event, whenever we have any leftover flowers, we take them to local senior citizen communities and nursing homes and have been doing so since our inception in 1998.
